I. Working principle

The sensor is designed based on a humidity-sensitive element, which is actually a variable capacitor whose capacitance changes with changes in ambient humidity. The output measurement results are converted into a 0-1V electrical signal and output to the data collector’s analog-to-digital converter.

III.Structure and function

  1. Connect to the datalogger through the Lightning interface, support front and back blind plugging, have hot-swappable function, and stable connection and transmission;
  2. Use a datalogger to connect to computers, mobile phones, tablets and other terminals through wired or wireless methods for data collection;
  3. The sensor supports common systems on the market, such as iOS, Android, windows systems, etc.

IV.Typical applications

Humidity sensors measure the relative humidity of gases such as air. It is mainly suitable for experiments related to humidity, such as measuring environmental humidity, studying the relationship between temperature and humidity, studying the role of desiccant, etc.

  2. The working temperature range of the humidity sensor probe is: 0- 60°C
  3. Inverse time (time required for 90% reading): in still air: 60 minutes, in fast flowing air: 40 seconds.
