Product Introduction

The electronic diesel common rail engine training platform is based on the electronic diesel engine, which can carry out practical operations on the engine starting, accelerating, decelerating, and other conditions, and truly shows the composition structure and working process of the electronic diesel engine. The electronic control diesel engine training platform is suitable for the teaching needs of electronic control diesel engine and maintenance training in schools.

Functional characteristics

  1. Real operational electronically controlled diesel engine (acceleration/deceleration/idling condition is normal), fully displaying the composition and working process of electronically controlled diesel engine.

  2. The training platform panel is made of 4mm thick advanced aluminum-plastic plate with corrosion resistance, knock resistance, pollution resistance, fire resistance, and moisture resistance. The surface is treated by special process spraying primer; panel printing with colorless circuit diagram; students can understand and analyze the working principle of the control system by directly comparing the circuit diagram and the electronic diesel engine.

  3. Detection terminals are installed on the panel of the training platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of each sensor, actuator, and engine control unit pin on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.

  4. The vehicle instrument is installed on the panel of the training platform, which can display real-time changes of engine speed, water temperature, oil pressure lamp, charging indicator light, fault indicator light of electric control system, and other parameters.

  5. The training platform is equipped with a diagnostic seat, which can be connected to special or universal car code, and carry out self-diagnosis functions such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes, and reading data streams for the engine electronic control system.

  6. The training platform is equipped with a throttle control device, which is convenient to accelerate and decelerate the engine.

  7. The training platform is equipped with the main power switch, water tank protective cover, flywheel protective cover, and other installation protection devices.
