Product Introduction

The equipment is composed of two parts: the fixed platform of the electronic gasoline engine assembly and the running accessories, and the platform of the running test control panel. The engine can be started, accelerated, decelerated, and operated under other normal conditions, providing a real display of the electronic control gasoline engine structure and working process. It is suitable for the teaching needs of middle and higher vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges, and training institutions for the practical training of automobile engine and maintenance.

Functional characteristics

  1. Real running electronically controlled gasoline engine fully displays the composition of the electronically controlled gasoline engine structure and working process. The engine can be started, accelerated, decelerated, and operated under other normal conditions.

  2. The training platform is composed of the fixed platform of the engine assembly and running accessories, and the platform of the running detection control panel.

  3. The panel of the training platform is painted with a color UV flat-panel inkjet circuit diagram. Students can directly compare the circuit diagram with the engine object to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system. The panel is made of 4mm thick aluminum-plastic plate with corrosion resistance, knock resistance, pollution resistance, fire resistance, and moisture resistance. The surface is treated by a special process spraying primer. Panel prints have colorless system circuit diagrams that never fade.

  4. Detection terminals are installed on the panel of the training platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of each sensor, actuator, and engine control unit pin on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.

  5. The base in front of the equipment detection panel is equipped with a steel table top of 20 cm, which is convenient for placing data and detection instruments.

  6. The panel of the training platform is equipped with an automobile instrument, fuel pressure gauge, and vacuum pressure gauge, which can display the change of engine speed and other parameters in real time.

  7. The training platform is equipped with a diagnosis seat, which can be connected to a special or general vehicle decoder, and perform self-diagnosis functions such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes, and reading data streams for the engine electronic control system.

  8. The training platform is equipped with a power supply switch and protection device.

  9. The base of the training platform is welded with steel structure, and the front and both sides are welded with circular handguards. The surface is treated with a spraying process, and it is equipped with a self-locking caster device, which is flexible, safe, reliable, and durable.
