Product Introduction
The equipment is made of ABS brake system in kind, fully demonstrating the composition structure and working process of the ABS brake system. It is suitable for the teaching needs of ABS brake system theory and maintenance practical training.
Functional characteristics
The real ABS brake system can be run, fully demonstrating the composition of the ABS brake system structure and work process. Operation control of all kinds of switches can demonstrate the moving ABS brake electronic control system (solenoid valve conditions, etc.) work process.
The panel of the teaching board is made of a high-grade aluminum composite board that is resistant to trauma, pollution, fire, and moisture, and the surface is treated by a special process of spraying primer; the panel is printed with colorful circuit diagrams and working principle schematics that never fade; the students can visually compare the circuit diagrams and physical objects to recognize and analyze the working principle of the electric control system of the moving transmission.
The teaching board panel is installed with detection terminals, which can directly detect the electrical signals of ABS brake system circuit components, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals, etc., on the panel.
The equipment is installed with a diagnostic socket, which can be connected to a special or general-purpose automotive decoder to read fault codes, clear fault codes, read data streams, and perform other self-diagnostic functions for the ABS brake system.
The equipment panel part adopts a 1.5mm cold plate stamping and forming structure with a beautiful appearance; the bottom frame part adopts steel structure welding, the surface is treated with a plastic spraying process, and it has a self-locking caster device. The base of the teaching board is equipped with about 40 cm desktop, convenient for placing information, testing instruments, etc.
The equipment works with an ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted into a 12V DC power supply by the internal circuit, without a battery, reducing the trouble of charging. The 12V DC power supply has an anti-short circuit function.
