FSI Injection System Training Stand; Design and Functionality: The stand panel displays the FSI injection system’s structural diagram, including system sensors, actuators, the dashboard, engine control units, and nitrogen oxide control systems. An OBD2 diagnostic connector allows for computer diagnostics of the engine management system. Oscilloscope connection sockets are provided for recording sensor signals. Methodical and technical documentation for instructors is included.

List of Performed Works: The stand facilitates the study of: Engine start mode; determination of engine load; operation of the pressure sensor in the line to the G294 vacuum brake booster; engine torque control; engine operation with stratified charge formation; engine operation on a lean homogeneous mixture; and engine operation on a homogeneous mixture of stoichiometric composition.
