FORCE, ACCELERATION AND TILT Wireless Sensor

Features

Specifications

I. Working principle

The wireless digital force sensor uses resistance strain gauge technology. The sensor forms a beam structure. When the sensor is stressed, the beam bends, the resistance strain gauge will deform, and its resistance value will also change accordingly. A bridge composed of resistance strain gauges, the output voltage of the circuit will change. This signal is very weak and must be amplified and processed accordingly to obtain the final required output signal.

IV.Typical applications

This is a universal force sensor that can be easily operated by hand through the finger hole, and can also be installed on accessories such as a mechanical trolley for experimental measurements. It applies to Newton’s second and third laws; Hooke’s law; the law of supergravity and weightlessness; the momentum theorem; Ampere’s force measurement, etc.

V.Caution

This product is suitable for educational use only and is not suitable for industrial, medical, research, or commercial applications.

VI.Usage Tips

  1. Do not place the sensor directly in the liquid. This sensor is designed to measure the concentration of carbon dioxide in gaseous and non-solution liquids.
  2. When the carbon dioxide sensor is not in use, place it vertically. This is very important for storing and maintaining the sensor. Incorrect placement methods will reduce the service life of the sensor.
  3. The storage temperature range of the carbon dioxide sensor probe is: -40 — 70°C.
  4. The working temperature range of the carbon dioxide sensor probe is: 0 — +50°C.
  5. Response time: 95% of readings completed within 120 seconds.
