Generator Set Training Stand; Design and Functionality: The stand’s panel features a diagram of a generator set, configurable via jumpers. The measurement system includes pointer instruments for measuring battery, generator, and load currents, generator excitation current, and generator rotation frequency. Generator excitation current can be supplied by either the standard generator voltage regulator or an auxiliary excitation current regulator (0-). The generator set load is adjustable from 0-360 W.

System Components: The stand includes a battery; a generator with an integrated voltage regulator driven by an electric motor with adjustable rotation frequency (0-4000 rpm); contact, induction, and non-contact ignition system elements (ignition distributors, inductance coils, high-voltage wires, and spark plugs). The spark plugs are housed in a high-pressure chamber (0-8 atm) with a transparent wall for spark formation monitoring. An automatic pulse charger is included. Methodical and technical documentation is provided for instructors.

List of Performed Works: The stand facilitates the study of: Generator design, operation, and characteristics; voltage regulator types, switching schemes, and characteristics; battery load characteristics; combined battery and generator operation; battery charge alarm; contact ignition systems; contactless ignition systems with inductive sensors; and contactless ignition systems with Hall sensors.

Technical Characteristics: Power supply: 1 ~ 220 V, 50 Hz. Battery . Power consumption: no more than 2.5 kW. Dimensions: no more than 740 mm (width) x 1660 mm (height) x 650 mm (depth). Weight: no more than 80 kg.

Complete Set: The set includes the educational laboratory stand; passport; CD with documentation; high-voltage wire set; jumper set; three types of ignition distributor sensors; sensor-distributor mounting adapter; and battery.

Car Charging System Demonstration Board; Overview and Features: This demonstration board, based on a real car charging system, fully showcases its composition, structure, and working process. It’s designed for teaching car starting system theory and maintenance.

Key Features:

  • Real-World System: A functional charging system realistically demonstrates the composition of a car charging system.
  • Operational Demonstration: Turning on the ignition switch starts the three-phase motor, driving the generator. The charging indicator light extinguishes, battery voltage increases, and the charging process is shown. Charging current and battery voltage are displayed on panel meters.
  • Educational Design: The panel is made of durable aluminum-plastic composite, resistant to impacts, dirt, fire, and moisture. The color circuit diagram is fade-resistant. Students compare the diagram and actual components to understand the charging system’s operation.
  • Component Display: The generator’s decomposed components are mounted on the panel for intuitive understanding of its structure.
  • Testing and Measurement: The panel has detection terminals for directly measuring electrical signals (resistance, voltage, current, frequency) of the charging system’s components.
  • Construction and Ergonomics: The panel uses a 1.5mm cold-rolled steel structure. The steel-welded chassis has a self-locking caster system, and the base includes a ~40cm desktop for materials and instruments.

Technical Specifications: Dimensions: ~1240 x 600 x 1700 mm (L x W x H). Power supply: three-phase four/five-wire 380V±10% 50Hz. Working voltage: DC 12V. Operating temperature: -40℃ to +50℃. Three-phase asynchronous motor: 220V/380V, 2.2KW, 1420 rpm. Color: 7032. Steel pipe: 40403mm. Cabinet: 1.5mm cold-rolled steel with rear maintenance door. Casters: 100*60mm.
