Product Introduction

The ABS braking system training platform is based on the ABS braking system of the car, with an ABS system working principle diagram, real display of emergency braking ABS system work process. It meets the structure of the ABS brake system, action demonstration, and other teaching functions. It is suitable for teaching the theory of the ABS braking system and the practical training of testing and maintenance.

Functional characteristics

  1. Based on the real car ABS braking system object, complete display of the composition of the ABS braking system structure.

  2. The three-phase asynchronous motor drives the front and rear axle rotation, simulating the car driving. When the brake pedal is pressed in an emergency, the ABS system begins to work, the front and rear brake discs maintain a trace of rotation, and the brake pedal can feel the constant popping foot, a real demonstration of the work process of the car ABS system.

  3. The panel of the training platform is painted with color UV plate spraying circuit diagrams and hydraulic piping diagrams. Students can visually compare the circuit diagrams and ABS braking system in kind to recognize and analyze the working principle of the control system.

  4. The panel of the training platform is installed with detection terminals, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the sensors and control unit pins on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.

  5. The training platform is installed with a pressure gauge, which can display the hydraulic changes of the brake master pump and four brake sub-pumps in real time.

  6. There are fault indicators and diagnostic socket installed on the panel of the training platform, which can be connected with a special or general-purpose car decoder to conduct ECU code query, read fault codes, clear fault codes, read data streams, execute component tests, parameter settings, waveform analysis, and other self-diagnostic functions for the ABS/EBD electronic control system.
